Why is real estate evaluation needed?
Real estate evaluation is needed for different purposes:
- in the process of selling or purchasing real estate,
- for loan insurance,
- evaluation for private needs, legal and tax needs,
- to view booking value of means,
- to evaluate investments in real estates,
- for other needs dictated by law, contracts etc.
Our evaluator
Jože Kern, constructional engineer, he passed the experts exam, permanent legal evaluator and expert in the field of construction with long year experiences. In addition he has the Certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Reconstruction and Privatization to evaluate real estates.
