About us
The company establishment
K 3 KERN d.o.o. from Kranj is a family-run company. It was established in 1989 and that makes it one of the companies with the oldest tradition on the Slovene market. Our basic service is real estate brokerage but we also deal with building new real estates for the market, engineering service and real estates evaluation.
Due to our experience we offer a quality and full service, which begins with finding real estates, giving advice, verifying legal situation of a real estate, helping buy or lease a real estate and register ownership in the Land Register. Our service also includes other legal business such as verifying the state of the Land Register and making contracts (contacts of donation, barter contracts, divisible contracts) etc.
Our employees have an excellent knowledge of dealing with real estates. All of our employees have both a college degree in construction management or economics and the Real Estate Broker License. We also cover the field of law with the help of our external workers and do business with architects, land surveyors, construction workers etc.
To find the best loan conditions we do business with the Kärtner Sparkasse bank and the Hypo Alpe Adria bank.
Our company was one of the first to sign the European Code of Ethics for Real Estate Professionals (GZS).

Service
We do all sorts of business concerning real estate and that is why it is essential to have all the necessary knowledge and qualifications, which we achieved with our college degrees and additional education on seminars (the ASA seminar on Valuation of Specialized Trading Property and Equipment, the Real Estate Broker License).

The final price for sale or purchase is set after a successfully concluded business.
Our main goal is to respect and represent the interests of both involved parties. We believe our clients respect and feel that, because they are equally represented and this way business can be concluded objectively for both contracting parties.

Our company mainly operates in the Gorenjska region, but we also do business in the Ljubljana, Primorska, Štajerska and Dolenjska region. We regularly hemstitch and complement all the data and guarantee for their credibility.

We are aware of the fact that every agency should advertise its real estates and products and this way represent itself to readers and listeners, because all of them could be agency’s potential buyers. That is why we spend a lot of means for this purpose.
